  1. If the tumor is positive for PAX8 and keratin, what's the most likely diagnosis?


Answer

This is a case of metastatic clear cell carcinoma, in real like you often know the history and with this morphology, clear cell carcinoma is definitely on the differential. However, as an unknown case, it's tough.
