    A: Benign bone with fibrous tissue and granulation tissue

    B: Spindle cell lesion, rule out sarcoma

    C: Fibrous dysplasia, rule out osteosarcoma

    D: Rule out metastatic carcinoma



Answer

This is a challenging case without history, the patient has a history of metastatic breast carcinoma with lobular features and the tumor in the femur is positive for Pan-CK, weak staining for GATA3.
