A: Synovial sarcoma
B: Ewing sarcoma
C: Adamantinoma
D: Small cell carcinoma

Answer

The correct answer is A. This morhology is compatible with a monomorphic SS. However, the most specific IHC is the SSX-SS18 fusion protein.
