Answer

This case is a metastatic prostatic adenocarcinoma. By morphology, the monotonous, prominent nucleoli, and focal acinar/gland/rosette formation may tip you off. The stain is NKX 3.1; NKX 2.2 is a stain helpful for Ewing sarcoma.
