A 50-year-old female was found to have a 6.0 cm temporal mass.

IDH was negative, Ki-67 was 75%. What's the diagnosis?
A: Glioblastoma
B: Oligodendroglioma
C: Pilocytic astrocytoma
D: Pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma
Answer
This is a IDH wild type glioblastoma. It showed palisading necrosis and microvascular proliferation on top of the pleomorphic, hypercellular tumor.
