    A: High grade dysplasia

    B: Granulation tissue, do GMS, CMV, HHV-8

    C: At least intramucosal carcinoma

    D: Adenocarcinoma


Answer

The correct answer is Adenocarcinoma, although the tumors in the submucosal area are crushed with mixed inflammation.
