What's the diagnosis?
A: UDH
B: Intraductal papilloma
C: ADH
D: DCIS
Answer
The correct answer is DCIS, this is micropapillary DCIS. The nuclear grading is grade 3. Papillary fronds and tufts lacking fibrovascular cores projecting into duct lumen. Papillae often have club shaped cells comprising the micropapillae are uniform in appearance. Tips of fronds may fuse, forming bridges and arcades; For high grade nuclei you will see prominient nucleoli and >2.5 size of lymphocytes.
